First National Bank in Howell and its affiliate companies (collectively referenced as "FNBH") are sensitive to our customers' concern about their personal privacy. Information Sharing Within the FNBH Family and Your Opportunity to "Opt Out"
FNBH may share the non-public personal information, as described above, that we collect about you among our affiliated companies that provide financial services, such as our bank holding company, as well as, companies that may become a part of our family in the future.
We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences or transactions with you or your account (such as your account balance and your payment history with us) with our affiliated companies.

- From a credit report, such as your credit history; and

If you choose to opt out of the sharing of this information within the FNBH family, we will not share non-experience information about you for any accounts or loans that you may have with us. For any accounts or loans that you hold jointly with another person, each person may separately opt out and joint account holders may opt out for each other. If only one joint account holder opts out, we may share information about the other joint account holders.
Information Sharing Outside the FNBH Family
In general we will not reveal any account information or other personally identifiable data to parties outside our affiliated companies unless:
- The customer requests or permits it;
- The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by the customer; or
- The disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or required.
We may disclose information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you such as:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income; and
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as your account balance, payment history, and parties to the transaction.
You do not have the right to opt-out of disclosure of this information.
Former Customers
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will still adhere to FNBH's Privacy Policy to protect your nonpublic personal information.
