Online Bill Pay
Online Bill Pay makes paying bills a bit more painless, whether it’s a one-time charge or a recurring utility bill. Just pay at least one bill a month with Online Bill Pay and it’s free! Most businesses accept electronic payments, which are usually processed within two to five business days.
The maximum payment is $9,999.99 and payment cannot be made to the IRS, for state or local taxes, or for court-ordered payments.

e-Statements
Enjoy the privacy, security and convenience of e-Statements, free from First National Bank! You’ll receive an e-mail notice each month letting you know your e-Statement is ready to view, which you can do anytime by logging in with your username and password.
Enrolling in e-Statements is easy. Just download the e-statement application, complete it and mail it or take it to your First National branch office.

Is there a fee for e-Statements?
No. e-Statements are FREE at First National Bank.
Will I get a separate e-Statement for each of my accounts?
Yes, unless you combine statements for multiple accounts. Combining statements allows you to see all your accounts on one, easy-to-read statement.
How long will my statements be online?
Statements are online for the last 12 months, giving you an entire year of transaction history at your fingertips.
Can I get copies of my checks?
If you currently receive images of your checks with your paper statement, you will continue to receive images of your checks. This is a free service when you receive e-Statements.
How will I know when my e-Statements are ready?
You will receive an e-mail notice each month when your statements are ready to view.
Do I need a special program to view my statements?
No, you don’t need special software to view your statements.
Can I save my statements?
Yes, you can save the statements on your computer, print them or save them to a disk.
Will I stop getting paper statements?
Your paper statements end when e-Statements begin on the next statement cycle.
Can I go back to paper statements?
Yes, but you must notify us in writing and allow at least 5 business days before your statement cycle. If we don’t receive your written request within 5 days of your statement cycle, your request will be processed for the next month.
Can I download my e-Statement to another program?
You can download your account history to Quicken, Microsoft Money or Microsoft Excel.
What happens if I don’t access my e-Statements?
Nothing. We continue to send e-Statements and you may access them anytime you choose.
First Phone Banking
Bank when and where you want, 24/7, with a touchtone phone, your account number and a First Phone Banking PIN.
- Make account balance inquiries on deposits and loans.
- LIsten to a description of the last 18 transactions on your account (six at a time).
- Verify deposits, electronic fund transfers and ATM transactions.

Have your account number(s) ready—they’re at the top right-hand corner of your statement or the bottom of your check—and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Wait for the greeting and follow the simple instructions. Make a selection from the opening menu by pressing a number on your telephone keypad.
