E-Statements

Enjoy the privacy, security and convenience of FREE E-Statements from First National Bank! Our E-Statements allow you to view your monthly account statements in a secure Online Banking session, eliminating the hassle of filing, sorting and storing paper statements. As Livingston County's Community Bank we are proud to help minimize waste and conserve valuable resources for our area through our E-Statement Program.

FAQ's

-Is there a cost for E-statements?
No. E-statements are FREE

-Will I receive a separate E-Statement for each of my deposit accounts?
Yes, unless the statements are combined which will allow you to receive multiple accounts on one statement.

-How long will my statements be available?
You are able to view your statements anytime after your cut off date.

-Can I view my checks if necessary?
If you are currently receiving image statements, you will continue to receive images of your checks. This is a complimentary service when you receive E-Statements.

-What happens if I do not access my e-Statements?
We continue to send e-statements and you may access them at your convenience.

-When will my paper statements stop?
Your paper statements will stop on your next statement cut off date.

-How will I know when my e-Statements are available?
You will receive an email notice that your statements are available each month.

-Will I need a special program to view my statements?
No. You do not need special software to view your statements.

-Can I save my statements?
Yes you can. You can save the statements on your computer, print them, or save them to a disk.

-Can I go back to paper statements?
Yes. However, you do need to notify us in writing and allow at least 5 business days before your statement cycles. If we do not receive your written request within 5 days of your statement cycle, your request will be processed for the next statement period.

-Can I download my E-Statement to another program?
No. However, you can download your account history to Quicken, Microsoft Money, or Microsoft Excel through FNBH's free Internet Banking service.
